The hotel is in Lithuania in Moletai region, in the territory of aerodrome. The building is designed in the slope. The hotel is designed with reference to modular system composing modified cubes interconnected with glass. In case of hotel expansion parts of the building is possible to multiply. Modular structures would be prefabricated in clean factory and then shipped to the site. The hotel building’s rectangular facades are designed to allow maximum natural daylight inside, while lamellas mitigate against overheating from direct sunlight. I have sought to synergise the material resources of the abandoned brick factory with the project. Facades are constructed from recycled bricks found in abandoned factory existing in the same region. The area of the building is 1604 sq.m it contains 23 bedrooms.
